When is a CNC machine better than a shaper? When you need curves: hand rails, bulkhead capture trim, corner fiddles, hatch trim and round light bases. For straight runs we have three 5 hp shapers for ceiling sheathing, custom finger rail, beaded door frames, louver stock, bulkhead capture trim and many other custom and standard trim profiles.
